We’ll closely check the contractual agreements with you so you are clear on what you are getting.
Water

Utilitrack will help you reduce your business water costs without any capital investment and claim any eligible water and sewerage rebates. Through a holistic approach we’ll work with you, recommending best practice and introduce new technologies to further increase savings and assist in achieving your sustainability targets.
To qualify for your free water health check, Utilitrack will provide a free non-obligation review of your water charges. Simply provide 12 months of water bills along with a signed letter of authority (LOA) which gives us permission to negotiate with the water authorities on your behalf, and complete our short questionnaire. The questionnaire enables us to identify your usage behaviour and areas for cost reduction.
There’s no upfront fees, and nothing to pay if you haven’t been overcharged. If savings are achievable, a fee is then payable, but only once you have received your money back from the supplier. Furthermore, in the event of overcharges retrospective payments can be claimed back for a period of up to 6 years.
